TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Lunch orders below 20 can be taken up to 10 am the day before. We require 48 hours’ notice for orders for over 20 people, breakfasts, and cold fork buffets.

• Minimum Spend – £40.00

• Cancellation & amendments – by 10 am the day prior to delivery for orders under 20. 48 hours’ notice of cancellation & amendments for orders over 20, breakfasts and cold fork buffets

• Hot food orders are to be placed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice – a deposit is required. Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to an event may incur charges.

• We will send invoices following delivery for payment to be made within 28 days. Late payment fees will apply.

• Delivery Window: 9.30 am – 12.30 pm

We always deliver before lunch is required; we cannot specify an exact time. Our food is delivered in cool boxes that hold the food at a safe temperature for 4 hours. Boxes will be collected the following day.

• Special Dietary Requirements – we can cater for vegetarians, halal, vegans, gluten-free, nut-free, dairy-free. Please provide as much information as possible when placing an order. Supplementary charges may apply.

• Food is served on black platters with lids. We ask companies to keep them for us to collect the next day. (This is in order to keep cost to a minimum & protect the environment).
