TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Lunch orders below 20 can be taken up to 10am the day before. We require 48 hours’ notice for orders for over 20 people and breakfasts.

• Minimum Spend – £40.00

• Cancellation & amendments – by 10am the day prior to delivery for orders under 20.
48 hours’ notice of cancellation & amendments for orders over 20.

• Hot food orders are to be placed with a minimum of 7 days’ notice – deposit is required. Cancellations made less than 4 days prior to an event may incur charges.

• We will send invoices following delivery for payment to be made in 28 days

• Delivery Window: 9.30am – 12.30pm

We always deliver before a lunch is required, however we cannot specify an exact time. Our food is delivered in cool boxes which holds the food at a safe temperature for 4 hours. Boxes will be collected the following day.

• Special Dietary Requirements – we can cater for vegetarians, vegans, gluten free, nut free, dairy free. Please provide as much information as possible when placing an order. Supplementary charges may apply.

• Food is served on black platters with lids. We ask companies to keep them for us to collect the next day. (This is in order to keep cost to a minimum & protect the environment).

We use Anderson Catering on a regular basis for many of our office events and corporate catering for meetings. They are always really easy to communicate with and quick to respond to any requests. The hot fork buffet's we regularly order are always delivered on time and are always made to a high standard, a personal office favorite being (Chicken & Leek Pie & Creamy Mashed Potato) there is never anything left.... make of that what you will 🙂

Fantastic event catering at charity event. The portions were really generous and my friends said chicken was moist and perfectly cooked. My veggie pie was delicious. They also did a separate meal for my non onion eating friend

Absolutely first class service. Both Rebecca and Eddie are fantastic and happy to help with any questions or requirements, Paul the delivery driver is friendly and eager to please. Couldn’t recommend Anderson’s enough. Great selection of foods and a good price. Give them a try, you want be disappointed.
